How old do you have to be to rent? You must be 18 years old to sign the release of liability, or your legal guardian may sign for you. A liability release can be found on this website under “Release of Liability”.   Each time your teen comes they need a new release.  The under age teen may come without a parent if they have the signed release with them.

Please be aware that when signing for your underage child or teen, you are making the decision that your child is capable of going on the water by themselves. No lifeguard is on duty at the lake. If you are bringing a group of children or teens under the age of 18, please plan ahead for a release of liability for parents to sign.
